This is to replace a rotary dryer damaged in a strong gust of wind. I am aware that you are normally mail order, but due to the urgent requirement and the current extenuating circumstances and that we are only 9 miles away from you would it be possible to collect this order at my cost. There is also a potential difficulty getting on to our estate due to ongoing roadworks. Ideally I would like to collect it tomorrow the 26th May.
As I had heard nothing I rang you to be told it was on the pallet for the carrier and I could not collect. The order was finally delivered at 3.00pm on the 28th. Having received and used the Airer my wife is extremely happy with it.
